ARCHIMEDES project’s Kick-Off Meeting was held in Catania, Italy on the 20th -21st of June, 2023. Representatives from 48 partner organisations contributed to the content of the meeting. Work Package and Supply Chain leaders presented the plans for implementing high-impact and ambitious goals.
The introduction speech was given by ARCHIMEDES Coordinator Darjan Kozic of AVL List, followed by a welcoming speech by KDT JU Project Officer Simona Rucareanu. A Keynote speech was given by Reiner John of AVL List, highlighting the importance of technologies for the circular economy, and paying homage to the engineering genius of Archimedes of Syracuse.
Following the meeting, the ARCHIMEDES team is eager to work together for the delivery of technologies for trusted lifetime in operation for a circular economy.
