ARCHIMEDES at ECCE 2025 in Philadelphia

Laurids Schmitz from ISEA RWTH Aachen University presented ARCHIMEDES at the recent ECCE in Philadelphia, featuring a full paper titled “Toward Robust Condition Monitoring of SiC MOSFETs Using Switching Delay Measurements” in a poster session.


The five-day IEEE Energy Conversion Conference and Expo took place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, from 19–23 October 2025. ECCE is a leading international conference and exposition in the field of electrical and electromechanical energy conversion. ECCE 2025 included both industry-focused and application-oriented technical sessions, alongside exhibitions, bringing together engineers, researchers and other professionals for interactive, multidisciplinary discussions on the latest developments in energy conversion.
